Yellow House Art Licensing was set up by Sue Bateman in 2011. Initially called Art House Licensing, the focus has always been quality art produced by the finest artists, illustrators and crafts people. The artists are often not working primarliy for the art licensing market but involved in another aspect of the creative field for example children's book illustration, fine art, print-making, editorial, and ceramics. This work, along with their personal projects creates a unique body of work that can then be licensed.

Sue enjoys working with the artists to develop images that will be suitable for the markets that Yellow House works in - greeting cards, stationery, gifts, home-wares, wall art etc.

Yellow House specialise in developing artist's work to create new art brands and also have long standing relationships with experienced names in the business.

We also work with heritage collections such as Glasgow Museums, and archives of retro black and white photography.

Glasgow Museums has an extensive and internationally significant collection of art. It comprises over 60,000 objects from all parts of the world, which date from about 1100 to the present.

If you are looking for the right image for a single card or a artist to bring their flair to enhance a new range of product - Yellow House will have a wide selection for you to chose from. Our website is easy to browse, either by artist, brand or subject. If you can't find what you are looking for or would like some direction please get in touch and we will be able to make some suggestions and send a selection of images for you to consider.

We look forward to working with you!
